Instructions
- Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a deep-dish pie plate.
- Place the pie plate in the freezer until the crust becomes firm, about 10 minutes.
- Place cream cheese and salt in a large mixing bowl. Using a mixer, whip on medium-high speed, until the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the Dark Chocolate Hummus to the cream cheese mixture and mix on medium-high speed until well combined.
- Remove the crust from the freezer and pour in the cheesecake mixture. Use a spatula to ensure the mixture is evenly distributed.
