Pepperoni Rolls
Filled with melty provolone cheese and fresh pepperoni, this family favorite makes for an effortless lunch, satisfying snack or weeknight dinner dish.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Taking 16 pieces of bread dough, roll each piece out into a 4-inch square, about ¼” thick.
- Place one piece of provolone on each square, top with 4-6 slices of pepperoni, and sprinkle with oregano.
- Roll each piece tightly, lightly pressing the ends closed, and place seam-side down on your baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
