Toast the bread and set aside until cool.
Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of each piece of toast.
Top the first slice of bread with turkey, tomato and cheese, then place the second slice of bread mayo-side up. Layer the ham, bacon and lettuce. Place the last slice of bread mayo-side down.
Insert sandwich skewers in quadrants of the sandwich, then slice into quarters to share.
