EverRoast® Tacos with Pineapple Lime Crema
Combine Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken with sweet pineapple & pear salsa for a Taco Tuesday that is sure to be a hit.
Instructions
Tacos
- Lay tortillas on a clean work surface.
- Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
- Add EverRoast® Chicken.
- Add Monterey Jack Cheese
Pineapple Pear Salsa
- For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spoon salsa mixture on to tacos.
- Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Pineapple Lime Crema
- For the crema, combine pineapple yogurt, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Drizzle over tacos.
- Serve and enjoy.
