Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 18-20 seconds, until pliant.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add tortilla.
Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise.
Fold chicken, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato and cilantro into the tortilla.
Roll up the tortilla, then place on the warm skillet, seam side down. Press down on the tortilla with a spatula and cook for 1 minute.
Flip the tortilla and repeat the process on the other side.
Remove tortilla from the skillet, plate and enjoy!
