  2. Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
  3. Add EverRoast Chicken.
  4. Add Monterey Jack Cheese

Pineapple Pear Salsa

  1. For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon salsa mixture on to tacos.
  3. Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Pineapple Lime Crema

  1. For the crema, combine pineapple yogurt, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle over tacos.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
