Ingredients: 6 cups Butter Lettuce; 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes; 1 whole Nectarine; 4 oz Boar's Head Feta Cheese; 1 whole Avocado; 6 strips Boar's Head Thick Cut Bacon; 4 Hard boiled egg; 0.25 cup Extra virgin olive oil; 2 whole Lime; 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar; 1 tbsp Honey; 1 whole Baby Red and Yellow Peppers; 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro; 0.5 cup Corn kernels; Flaky sea salt (i.e. Maldon Salt)

Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, nectarines, and feta.
Top the salad with chicken, avocado, bacon, and eggs.
For the vinaigrette, combine all remaining ingredients, except the corn, in a blender. Add 1/4 cup of corn and pulse until mostly smooth.
Stir in the remaining corn, and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Serve and enjoy.
