Pan-Fried Feta with Honey
Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, this honey-glazed feta is uniquely delicious.
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
- In a separate bowl, add the panko.
- Dip the feta in the egg, rotating to coat it fully, then remove from the bowl, letting any excess liquid drip off.
- Dip and lightly press the feta through the Panko, rotating to coat.
- In a medium skillet, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the feta and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer the feta to a plate and drizzle with honey, a pinch of salt and chopped basil.
- Add to your board with pairings of choice and enjoy!
