Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Sandwich with Asian Slaw
The sweetness of Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken and the smooth zest of cucumber and carrot slaw combine to take your taste buds on an exotic sandwich experience.
Instructions
Asian Slaw
- Combine carrots, cucumber and scallion in a medium bowl.
- Toss with vinegar until all vegetables are evenly coated, and set aside for immediate use.

- On a clean work surface, slice zucchini and red pepper into thin strips and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat vegetables over medium heat until warm.
- Remove vegetables and set aside.
- Place Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast into the skillet, and cook until warm.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Open each ciabatta roll and place onto a clean, flat surface.
- On the bottom half of each ciabatta roll, layer two slices of chicken, followed by zucchini and red pepper.
- Top the sandwich with the Asian slaw.
- Crown each sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll and serve.
