Baked French Brie & Roasted Grapes
Roasted grapes, bursting with sweetness. Buttery, perfectly gooey French Brie Cheese. This cheese centerpiece will wow any guest with its unique balance of flavors.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400º F.
- Place brie in a ceramic dish and remove the rind from the top to score it. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until melty.
- On a baking sheet, drizzle grapes with olive oil, sea salt, and thyme. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Top the baked Brie with the roasted grapes. Serve warm with crostini.
