London Broil Chimichurri Crostinis
Indulge in a crostini of slow-roasted London Broil Top Round Roast Beef and Muenster Cheese, finished with a homemade Chimichurri sauce that's sure to ravish the dinner party.
Instructions
Chimichurri Sauce
- For sauce, pour all ingredients into a processor. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
Crostinis
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette.
- Place on baking sheet, and brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each side.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with arugula and half slice of cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes until Muenster Cheese is melted.
- Remove pan from oven and layer half slices of London Broil Roast Beef on top of melted cheese.
- Garnish with roasted red peppers and chimichurri sauce.
- Serve and enjoy.
