Waffle Breakfast Sliders

Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Mix waffle batter according to package directions. Spoon two tablespoons of batter on the center of the waffle iron to make a 3-inch waffle and cook until golden brown. Repeat until you have 16 mini waffles.
- Prepare bacon and sausage according to packaging directions.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well-combined.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs have cooked through and set.
- Assemble the waffle sliders with layers of cheddar, eggs and bacon or sausage.
